Simon Rosenberger
Our Managing Director, Mr. Simon Rosenberger, was born in Passau and has lived in Munich since 2000. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007, the real estate industry has not only shaped his life but has also become his passion. After more than five years as the branch and office manager of a Munich real estate agency, he took on the role of sales manager at Postbank-Immobilien GmbH in 2012.The network he has built over more than 15 years is unparalleled. His experience spans the entire real estate spectrum, from the sale of traditional existing properties to the luxury segment, whether residential or commercial real estate, or special cases such as foundation sales, usufruct and right-of-residence arrangements, or leasehold arrangements, the marketing of boarding houses, and much more. His focus is on the marketing and development of residential and commercial properties, as well as the sale of new-construction properties, providing comprehensive support to developers in the Munich area. Thanks to years of experience gained through his family roots in a real estate development company, Mr. Simon Rosenberger also possesses the expertise to acquire problematic properties and those in need of renovation, followed by their subsequent restoration. With over 600 property sales and approximately 800 lease transactions, Mr. Rosenberger knows the Munich location and real estate market in all its facets and nuances.
